What is the turnaround time?
Please allow approximately 3 weeks for standard in-studio or on-location sessions. We can often accommodate tighter deadlines, so please let us know at the time of booking if you require an expedited turnaround.
Do I need to be there for the shoot?
Not at all — it’s completely up to you. Some clients enjoy being involved during the session to help with styling, angles, and creative direction, while others prefer to leave it all to us. In all cases, we’ll work from a clear written brief and pre-agreed shot list to ensure everything is captured as discussed.
Can you provide deep etched images?
Yes — deep etched (background removed) images can be provided on request, including custom shadows if required. We also offer high-end Photoshop retouching and product editing, including colour variations, logo placement, detail removal, and other custom enhancements. Please mention any specific requirements when booking so we can include them in your quote and workflow.
Are props provided?
Yes — we have a range of designer props and styling items available to elevate your shoot. Our home studio is also perfect for high-end food and lifestyle photography. Some custom prop requests may require an additional budget, however we’ll always do our best to accommodate your vision.
Can you shoot at our warehouse or office?
Absolutely. For larger items such as furniture, we regularly work on-site and can bring our mobile studio setup, lighting, and equipment to you. Business portraits and team photography are also often carried out at your location. Whether it’s a large number of products or an entire team, as long as there’s enough space, we can travel to you and complete the shoot on-site.
What’s your “warranty” for delivering our vision?
You’ll be able to review watermarked previews before final payment, so you’re always in control of the outcome. We put real focus on getting to know you and your product upfront, with everything agreed in a clear written brief. This helps us align on your style from the start and consistently deliver results our clients for over 15 years are happy with.
